Hyperclap – Clouds

Berlin based DJ & Producer act HYPERCLAP have revealed their debut track ‘Clouds’. The track is the inaugural release from brand new Hamburg based imprint NAPA Songs.

HYPERCLAP make electronic music with no musical boundaries. While their production style is firmly rooted in dance music, their soundscapes can be reminiscent of artists as diverse as Flume, Mount Kimbie, Timbaland and Aphex Twin.

While the personas behind the name remain a mystery, HYPERCLAP started to build an audience on Soundcloud, where they have posted a series of bootleg remixes. ‘Clouds’ is the first original material to emerge from the artist.

Lucchii – Vigilante Ft. WillCatonJr (Tha Boogie Bandit Remix)

Trap producer Lucchii teamed up with WillCatonJr on the saxophone to combine dark and hard drop with moody sax melodies in Lucchii’s latest original, “Vigilante.” The official remix EP includes remixes from Crystalize, Top $helf, Purge, Julius C., Shöckface, and a broken trap future bass interpretation from Tokyo’s Tha Boogie Bandit.

Bakermat – Lion

Dutch DJ and producer Bakermat ends a 6 month period of isolation with two brand new songs. ‘Lion’ is available now, with ‘Do Your Thing’ following on June 8 and forming the ‘Do Your Thing EP’, released via Be Yourself / Sony Music.

The Amsterdam based artist (aka Lodewijk Fluttert) started to discover music in his early teens, influenced by his mother, who is an opera singer, and dad, a fan of soul, funk and jazz. Already at an early age they showed him the wonders of classical, jazz and soul music. Influences that today can still be found in his music. Bakermat first reached the charts with his debut-single ‘One Day (Vandaag)’, in 2012. Since then he has built up a loyal worldwide fan base, consisting of young people looking for something else than mainstream or underground music. Bakermat is proud to be in the space between these two, serving listeners with fresh, original and creative music without being incomprehensible or cheesy.

Mako – Murder

Following the massive success of “Breathe,” which amassed over 12 million streams on Spotify, Mako’s debut single as a solo act, the Los Angeles-based electronic artist is back again with his newest piece “Murder,” out now via Ultra Music.

“Murder” is a somber pop track with a compelling vocal performance from Alex Seaver himself. The track begins with mellow piano keys, leading to a powerful drop containing a combination of organic sounds and vocal chops. “Murder” is the perfect combination of emotional and upbeat, making it a surefire hit amongst a wide array of fans.

Mountain Bird – ‘Moment’ FT Lara

Hotly tipped rising Swedish producer Mountain Bird reveals brand new video for ‘Moment’ ft. Lara on June 22. The track is one of four songs taken from The ‘Cubism’ EP which he recently released via Nettwerk Records.

 

Mountain Bird, aka Adam Öhman, has become known for his mesmerising, synth-laden melodies and sleek future-bass styled beats – painting a picture of dreamy Scandinavian melancholy.

El Profesor – Bella Ciao (HUGEL Remix)

With previous remixes topping the Billboard dance charts, Hugel has quickly made a name for himself, becoming the number one choice for amping up tracks with his own unique spin, remixing the likes of Charlie Puth, David Guetta, J Balvin, Taio Cruz, and Robin Schulz.  He now turns his hand to the track ‘Bella Ciao’, which was originally released in the 1940s by the anonymous artist, El Profesor.

 

Inspired by the Netflix series ‘Money Heist’, the house banger is more than just beats and bass. The original song is a significant part of Italian history and has been dubbed the unofficial soundtrack of resistance against fascism by the Italian Partisans in the 1940s. Later adapted by Italy’s communist party, ‘Bella Ciao’ gained iconic status across the world, picked up by various groups, from left-wing parties to anarchist groups. ‘Bella Ciao’ has been translated into countless languages and with this release, Hugel has again given the song a new life for a new audience.

NETSKY ft. A.Chal – Téquila Limonada

NETSKY also announces today an ambitious project that the new trifecta partnership will be rolling out over the next several months. “Téquila Limonada” is the first single from Palmtrees & Powerlines that comes from the in-studio magic between NETSKY & super-producers Stargate. Johann Beach – Over Getting Over You

A self acclaimed surfer/songwriter, Johann Beach’s debut single is a well defined summer bop that is filled with flirting melodies and a minimalistic production. Penned by Johann along with Tom Higgenson (Plain White T’s) and Sam Sumser who’s singer/songwriter styles are clearly evident, the song is the perfect blend of Hawaii, heartbreak and pop.
