“ You’ll Only Love Me When I’m Gone ” is Mark Redito’s first single released since shedding his moniker, Spazzkid. Deep beats, obscure vocal chops, and modified harps ebb and flow throughout this dancehall-inspired anthem.
After the name change, Mark took a moment for personal and artistic reflection that lead him to deep creative growth and vision.
Mark has been staying busy finishing an eclectic full length album due next year. All the while, he has created a new community, Likido ( NestHQ documentary here ). Likido is a curated series of events that intentionally spotlights creatives who come from POC, Women, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds. This supercharged series reclaims space and celebrates individuals coming from these marginalized communities. Gaining co-signs from Skrillex and The Far East Movement in its early stages, Mark is already proving his ability and impact as a tastemaker and activist.
