Made in collaboration with American singer-songwriter Koko LaRoo, ‘Closer’ is an oasis of down-tempo grooves and graceful vocals. The song spotlights the full extent of Qulinez’s production prowess and is a tremendous addition to the Swedish duo’s commendable discography, which includes remixes for the likes of The Chainsmokers and Armin van Buuren.
Qulinez are made up of long-time friends Alexander Lager and Johannes Gustafsson. After breaking onto the scene in 2012 with internationally acclaimed floor cracker ‘Troll’, the exclusive Armada Music signees made waves with a slew of stellar singles and remixes, including ‘Body Dancing’ feat Belle Humble and ‘In Your Arms’ with Sex Panther. Their track ‘Hookah’ was released on W&W’s Mainstage Music imprint after its world premiere on the main stage of Tomorrowland Brasil.
